Gould Version1

This was a quantum leap in technology. The origional model was produced about 1980, but was later replaced by the 584L. This model had extended addressing capabilities. Programming was by P190 programming panel and later with ProWorx and Modsoft.

Gould Version 2

This came with new features and more capacity. The Gould branding to the fore. This model was produced about 1983. This model had extended addressing capabilities. Programming was by P190 programming panel and later with ProWorx and Modsoft.

AEG Version

This came with new features and more capacity. The AEG branding to the fore. This model was produced about 1984. This model had a faster processor. This was the last 584 produced. Programming was by P190 programming panel and later with ProWorx and Modsoft.

This was a full 984 PLC built on a card to plug into a PC chassis. Supported S908 remote I/O and Modbus Plus communications. These were great in an office for development work.
